Privacy policy

When you create an account we store your name and email address. When you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address. Your basket is stored locally on your own device and is never sent to us.

We use your information to operate your account, respond to enquiries, and — only where you've subscribed — to send you MyLushWig news, releases and offers. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We count visits and which products are viewed or added to a basket so we can see how the shop is doing. This uses a random identifier stored on your own device — it holds no personal details, and we don't use any third-party tracking service.

We don't ask you to create a password. When you sign in, we email you a secure one-time link, so we only ever hold your email address and any name you give us.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from our newsletter. Contact us and we'll action your request promptly.

For any privacy questions, email us via the details on our contact page and we will be happy to help.
